Our filly hails from a strong international family. She is a powerful filly and possesses a big strong hind-quarter, a filly that has lots of physical strength and nicely put together. A good top line and exceptional angels. She has a fluent walk and a good overstep.

She is bred exceptionally well; her dam is a 2 time winner by Broodmare champion sire Redoute’s Choice. Her Grandam Diana Cazadora was a 5-time winner and winner at Group 1 level. Her gold mine rating is 20/20 with 20 individual Group 1 winners bred on the same breeding patterns. This includes some champion racehorses including CHAUTAUQUA (6 x GRP1), ZOUSTAR (2 x GRP1) and PROMPT RESPONSE (2 x GRP1). Our filly is also Werks nick rated an A.

This Divine Prophet also passed 100% clean on her x-ray, scope and clinical examination.

Sire: DIVINE PROPHET

A son of the highly successful and emerging sire of sires Choisir, Divine Prophet scored a career defining victory in the Gr.1 MRC Caulfield Guineas (1600m), won in the past by Champion Stallions Vain, Lonhro and Redoute’s Choice.

Posting a scintillating last to first victory in the Gr.3 ATC Up And Coming Stakes (1300m), a race previously won by Marscay, Snitzel, Fastnet Rock and Exceed And Excel – all of whom have gone on to become Champion Sires in Australia, Divine Prophet is a full-brother to the Gr.3-winning, Gr.1 placed Proisir, now a Gr.1 stallion at stud in New Zealand.

One of only three Gr.1-winning sons of his sire standing at stud in Australia, Divine Prophet is out of the blue hen mare Prophet Jewel, a daughter of the twice crowned Champion Broodmare Sire Encosta de Lago.

DINKY DI DORA by REDOUTE”S CHOICE. She was a 2-time winner and hails from an extremely strong international family. Her dam Group 1 winning DIANA CAZADORA was an exceptional racehorse and very versatile winning 5 races from 1100 to 2000, 3 of her wins were as a 2yo.

She hails from extremely strong blood lines on the sire and dam’s side with notably Danehill, Canny Lad and Saddlers Wells.

She is by Champion sire and Champion Broodmare sire REDOUTES CHOUCE amassing over $227 million in earnings. His stats are not short of amazing with 129 individual stakes winners.

TRAINER: STEPHEN JONES

A well-travelled and experienced horseman. Stephen Jones has had a lifelong passion for horses and thoroughbred racing. His career in the industry commenced as a jockey in 1974. During his time in the saddle, Stephen had the privilege of working for the legendary TJ Smith at Randwick and then John J Berry at Canterbury.

In 1981 Stephen turned his experience to training and established himself at stables in Canterbury for 10 years, then Rosehill for another 10 years before heading to the sunshine state of Queensland. During such time Stephen has had the opportunity to work alongside some of Australia’s leading trainers. In 2013, Stephen took a 12-month training stint in Penang Malaysia, before returning to the Gold Coast. His training operation is now situated in Scone NSW.

Stephen is a hands on trainer to best understand the needs of each and every horse. He believes the health, fitness and recovery of each horse is paramount to success on the track.  The horses at Stephen Jones Racing have access to the state of the art facilities at the Scone Race Club.
